Cozy Cabin in the Woods! One Bedroom Plus Loft About 16.8 miles from the Perry Fairgrounds and 8 miles from I-75. Members of Pine Needles Golf Course and Cafe 1/2 mile away. We have lived here for 37 years. The Cozy Cabin is located on our wooded property, approximately 70 feet from the house, and sleeps four guests: 1 back bedroom and 1 overhead loft space. (Delicious well water here and a washer/dryer.) Also available with Classy Cottage in the Woods (2 BR - 2 Bath) about 200 feet away.

Beautiful Classy Cottage with large front porch nestled in a tall pine woods on a 3 acre lot which is about 200 feet from our other property. Back porch is now a utility room; office, bedroom, nursery, storage, etc. Located 8 miles West of I-75 and 1/2 mile off of Highway 49. It is about 100 feet away from our other listing, "Cozy Cabin in the Woods" .
