Boasting in rustic charm, the upstairs of this barn has been renovated to include 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a pull out sofa bed. The property features a vast open field, a private garden, fire pit, southern home, and animal pens housing goats and chickens. Breakfast items provided including farm fresh eggs and muscadine jelly from the garden! A truly wholesome southern experience.

The futon couch folds down to make a double bed, with a queen bed in bedroom. The bathroom has safety features, grab-bars in the shower that doubles for a shelf & at the toilet that holds toilet paper. Fully equipped kitchen & multiple sets of towels & linens. Great for long term stays. Ground level entrance with small step onto covered porch.

We offer a discount for Fairground participants We’re also happy to work with your show schedule. A short 25 minute drive to Warner Robins AFB. And a great stopping point on your way back and forth to Florida. Sit outside for bird & deer watching, enjoy the chickens walking around, have a bonfire or use Hi speed internet throughout house.

This is a non-smoking , NON party home located right outside the city. This ranch style home offers you many ways to relax without worrying about being too far away from civilization. Minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment, and the Air Force Base. Midway between the larger cities of Atlanta and Valdosta and the smaller cities of Perry and Macon. Currently there is a restraunt being built nearby that may cause weekday daytime noise. Keyless entry/outdoor cam.
