Whee! It's Winter! VIEWS from EVERY window!

Winter in McCall! Find mountain bliss from EVERY window...snow flocked pines, a huge Pondarosa, a serene meadow. If you're lucky a buck or doe may stroll by! Don't settle for a view of rooftops or parking lots. This cozy, stylish, corner condo is a little slice of McCall heaven and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful retreat after a day of McCall fun. So sorry but no animals or trailers per HOA rules. Free parking for two vehicles. There are safety issues for children under age 5.

Lakeview mountain retreat

Lake views and a stone's throw away from downtown McCall make this a great choice for your McCall Vacation. So close to the Marina, Legacy Beach, and Brown Park, as well as dining, shopping and more...these things are less than 5 minutes away on foot. Slightly more time on your feet will bring you to Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park, or the golf course. This location is just the start. Once inside you will find a professionally designed home with quality at the forefront. All with A/C!

Strict rules of HOA do not allow guests to invite family or friends over to use the facility. This allows for a more intimate and enjoyable experience for renters and owners, alike.

This townhome is a perfect get away to the mountains and the small boutique towns of Donnelly, McCall and Tamarack Resort. There are fun things to do within minutes of the home year round from hiking, fishing, mountain biking, zip lining, hot springs, downhill, cross country and waterskiing, dirt biking, scenic drives, hot springs, snowmobiling, rafting, water sports, or of course just enjoying the view of the mountains from the patio or dining room.

McCall has so much to offer in way of outdoor activities and charm and we would love you to have somewhere just as memorable and peaceful to stay. We are within a mile from downtown, walking distance to Ponderosa State Park, Davis Beach and the Golf Course. Easy Drive to Brundage Mt. for an adventurous day on the mountain.
