The Quail Cabin

Only 60 mins from Tahoe/Truckee, or 45 mins from Reno. Hosts live just up the street + available 24/7.

Ranch Loft, Hot Spring, Farm

This immaculate studio, with an amazing view, has everything you need to enjoy beautiful Indian Valley and the surrounding area. It is quiet, cozy and relaxing. With the fully stocked kitchen, you will have everything you need! The Loft is located above a garage that is not often used. Access to the private hot spring, swimming reservoir and ranch are only some of the perks of this property. Located 1/4 mile from the main house on the Meyers Ranch, it is private and did we mention the view?

Modern Private Cabin on Spanish Creek w/ AC

The Little Lodge on Spanish Creek is a modern, Scandinavian-style double A-frame cabin with water access, outdoor wild spaces, and lots of privacy. This cozy cabin has two bedrooms and a full bath complete with steam shower, a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities, and a wood burning stove & AC. With two decks in the trees and an enclosed outdoor dining space, there is room to spread out and enjoy nature. WIFI is included, and it's a short 10 minute drive into Quincy.

Lake Front Cabin on Lake Almanor with Boat Dock

Upgraded cozy Lake Cabin, with full amenities. 3 bed, 2bath huge deck for BBQ's and on the Lake. This is your perfect get-away to be able to relax and enjoy nature. Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

Lost Sierra Mountain Cabin (3 night minimum)

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath, off-the-grid, log cabin features a wraparound deck, panoramic views, gorgeous sunsets and stargazing. New amenities include: high-speed unlimited WiFi, new kitchen counter with bar stools, upgraded solar batteries for more power, and a rebuilt deck. A private rustic driveway takes you past the "Wild & Scenic" Feather River, into the mountains to this peaceful getaway, just 1.5 miles from town. Close to groceries & restaurants, a great base camp!

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Historic Keddie River Retreat on Spanish Creek

A Family paradise at 3225 feet elevation nestled in the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains! Located just seven miles from Quincy, California. Here is where you will find this lovely home on the banks of Spanish Creek. Beautiful rock patios right out your back door with built in fire pits and BBQ's. Three bedrooms and two baths, a sofa and queen size auro bed for lots of sleeping options. Swimming, fishing and paddle boarding await!!

Storybook Suite

We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Oak Knoll

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

The Todd

This cabin has all the comforts of home. Located in a community built by the railroad in the early 1900's. next to the historic Paxton Lodge. Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area. Hiking, horseback riding, off road trails for hundreds of miles.

Historic cottage in the heart of downtown Quincy. Easily walk to restaurants, shops, theatre, brewery, and wine bar. Steps away from a bike path with breathtaking views of American Valley and nearby access to the renowned Mount Hough downhill mountain bike trail.
