The living room converts to a bedroom, w/ a queen sofa sleeper. The lower level has a bedroom w/ a Queen bed, bunk bed, 3rd full bathroom & Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Located on a paved road only minutes from town & fun attractions (Ozarks Amphitheater, Bridal Cave, etc.) ‼️ Please note this property was built in the 60’s and is located in the woods. AKA: there is wildlife & a handful of “old lake home” quirks that come with it!

Powell Lakehouse is the perfect vacation home for a romantic getaway, couple's retreat, or small family. Fully furnished with linens/towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeepot, ice maker, cable, wi-fi, outdoor fire pit, and indoor fireplace. Quiet neighborhood. Paved road to house with parking on concrete driveway.

Enjoy fun days and fabulous sunsets at this beautiful lakeside property. The covered dock has a swim platform, slide, diving board, and wet steps. The west facing porch, regularly visited by hummingbirds, gives amazing views of the lake and breath taking sunsets. Located at MM6 off the Gravois Arm, the house is easy boating distance to Jolly Roger's Grub & Grog, Coconuts Resort and Maggie's on the Lake. It is also only approx 25 minutes drive from Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam Strip.

Built in 2020, beautiful new home with a cozy cabin feel. Property sits on an incredible point overlooking the main channel, and the cabin is tucked back a bit into the cove. Spacious living area and dining nook, full bath (with tub), and full kitchen upstairs and sleeping area and full bath (with shower) downstairs. Sleeps eight in four queen bunk beds. Private back deck with charcoal grill and private lake access. Swim platform access and boat tie up with a nearby boat ramp.

Located at #2 mile marker on the Little Niangua arm you couldn't ask for better fishing or a calmer part of the lake to swim, ski or tube. Studio cabin has large deck w/ a propane grill that overlooks the lake. 2 swimming docks, laundry facilities on premises, fishing dock w/ fish house so you can fish year round, boat ramp and swingset. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, this property is perfect for families, friends, or couples traveling together. Conveniently located in the Heart of Osage Beach.

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.
