Highly recommend staying here when you come to the lake! The views were incredible and the convenience was perfect - able to arrive by car, & can walk into town in 12 minutes. Daniel was a great host and made the stay SO easy. Irma and her family made great meals and kept the place super clean. We loved it!

Joshua’s home was a paradise getaway. The views of Lake Atitlan from almost every angle were captivating. The architecture of the villa was an art of its own. The house manager & his son were incredibly helpful, gracious, & much appreciated in every way! & what a lovely experience it was to be boat taxied into town and back. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and kitchen came equipped with anything you could need. We hope to return at some point, a definite recommend.

Our stay at Lake Atitlán was an unforgettable experience! While the property was a bit difficult to find at first, Aldofo was extremely helpful and guided us through the process, which we really appreciated. The house itself was beautiful — spacious, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and having extra help with cooking made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Although the jacuzzi was unavailable during our visit, the host let us know ahead of time, which we appreciated. One of the highlights of our trip was the boat tour they arranged for us (at an additional cost). We got to visit San Juan La Laguna, San Pedro La Laguna, and Panajachel — it was a full day of exploring, and my whole family had so much fun. Overall, we had an amazing time and truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lake Atitlán

Hermoso lugar para unos días de descanso en el lago Atitlan. Tranquilo, privado y con excelentes servicios complementarios (mi esposo y yo usamos el jacuzzi con vista al lago, el sauna y los kayaks). La habitación es cómoda y la zona de la cocina abierta y con jardín es muy agradable.

Phenomenal place, the view is unmatched. Rodolfo, Jose and Diego were top notch at helping with anything we needed. Book it! You won’t regret it :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. Una estadía maravillosa, perfecta para descansar, lugar tranquilo sin ruidos incómodos. La vista es hermosa, queda como a 15 mins de panajachel y un tuc tuc te cobra 10Q por persona para llevarte. Se puede entrar al lago directamente. Cumplió nuestras expectativas. La comida del restaurante estuvo deliciosa siempre. Gracias!

We have stayed at some really nice Airbnbs in the past, but this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The grounds, the house and the staff are absolutely incredible. We are already looking at dates to book another dedicated trip to this house. If the house is available for your travel dates, consider yourself lucky. I'm afraid the secret is out!
