The apartment is located on the second floor with a large deck/balcony and has a fresh beach look. Perfect for couples and small families (equipped for up to 4 persons). You share the pool and lush garden with the other 2 units. Use the free kayaks to explore the river and see dolphins or manatees.

You can enjoy yourself while seeing the best of Florida's wildlife at a historic residence. We are 3 miles from the beach, 2 miles from the Melbourne airport and close to several breweries. Dock space available for boats & we have kayaks you are welcome to use.
