The Vacation Villa has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. It can Sleep 2 to 5 people. There are also 1 Fully equipped Kitchen and 2 Spacious Terraces. The villa has 1 Queen size bed / 2 Single Beds and a sofa bed. There is also a living room with a cozy fireplace and kitchen. The terrace is spacious with an outstanding view of Kampos Valley and Beach. There are two dinning areas, an indoor and an outdoor. The villa is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Kambos valley and beach. It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. Περιλαμβάνει χώρο υποδοχής με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεββάτι, ενιαίο καθιστικό με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Έχει A/C, WiFi, συνδρομητική TV και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

A private villa situated at the beach of Melitsahas with a magnificent view of the island of Telendos and the ocean. The house consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom and a bathroom. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, an office area, a spacious living/dining room and a large veranda. Extra beds (3) can be provided upon request. Nearby you can enjoy the climbing sites, boat trips, diving, hiking, local cuisine and much more.
