The Studio is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Kambos valley and beach. It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Ολοκαίνουριο super luxury suite με υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο και σαλόνι-κουζίνα στην Σκάλα Πάτμου.Μόλις λίγα μέτρα μακριά από το κέντρο του νησιού και πολύ κοντά στις καλύτερες παραλίες.Ιδιωτική είσοδος με διπλό κρρεβάτι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι.Το διαμέρισμα προσφέρει free wi-fi,A/C,TV και πλήρη εξοπλισμό από ηλεκτρικά είδη.Κατάλληλο για όσους αναζητούν ένα πολυτελές μέρος που συνδυάζει άψογα την καλαισθησία με την ιδιωτικότητα.Θα κάνουμε ό,τι είναι δυνατόν για να γίνει η διαμονή σας πιο άνετη!

Suzana Gabieraki εξωχικο

Ένα ολοκαίνουργιο σπίτι (κατασκευή 2017-2018) με όλες τις ανέσεις μιας σύγχρονης πολυτελούς κατοικίας, αλλά με αρχιτεκτονική που βασίζεται στην παράδοση της Πάτμου. Το σπίτι διαθέτει υπερσύχρονη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Το σπίτι για ενοικίαση στην Πάτμο διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι με παραδοσιακό ουρανό και τραπεζαρία με καθιστικό. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού το κάνει ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν ησυχία και απομόνωση, ενώ βρίσκεται σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο της Πάτμου την Σκάλα (2χλμ).

Chrissa's loft

Τhis deluxe apartment is placed just behind the central square of Patmos ,within earshot of the port. It combines the traditional patmian architecture with the modern style, in order to provide a delightful stay in our island. It consists of a living room with 3 comfort couches which can be used as beds , a bedroom with a big bed and a cloakroom ,an ecquiped kitchen and a luxury bathroom. It's ideal for couples or groups 2-5 people. For families with children there are some extra amenities.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.

Ilios by the Sea

Quiet, peaceful, breezy room in Patmos - 1 bedroom 1 bathroom top-floor room with private balcony & sea view. Suitable for 2 guests maximum. A 1-minute walk to the beach below the property. Small refrigerator. Air conditioning. There is a wifi connection in the building, although it is a weak connection inside this room. Located in Merika Bay, within walking distance to Skala's restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets.

Blue Vista Patmos Sofia Quadruple Apartment

Thanks to the smart arrangement of the space which includes two bedrooms of traditional aesthetics (one with double bed and another one with two single ones), fully equipped kitchen, sitting-room, bathroom, smart TV with Netflix and private veranda with unlimited panoramic view to Meloi beach (it is found at the upper floor of the villa), the 4-person apartment (90sm) of Villa Sofia provides a sense of privacy and autonomy.

Cozy and comfortable studio in Skala Patmos

Cozy and comfortable studio 300m away from the port of Skala and 200m. away from the sea.It is located in a quiet place and safe area, althougt the city life and night clubs are to your doorstep ( supermaket, pharmacy,bakery, restaurants,fruit market, bus station and others shops.The cozy and small kitchen has everything you need.The Cave of St.John of Apocalipsis is 10mins walking distance from the traditional foot path.

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
