This novel apartment is found on the 4th floor of a privately owned building. The building provides a modern lift/elevator while it offers a kitchen with appliances, air-conditioning, heating, high speed internet as well as a security door. There is a balcony with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast. A washing machine is also provided in a common area. Finally, the apartment holds a door access system which you can use to self check-in with the help of a special code.

You have easy and quick access to the center via metro, and at the same time the opportunity to return to a quiet and relaxing environment.
