Very nice and clean home. Lots of space and had all we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even a bag with snacks. It felt very private and the place was spotless. We could a restaurant close by called Agua Salada Bar and Tapas that was really delicious and friendly.

Très belle villa! Parfait pour nos deux familles avec 4 adolescents. Même avec la panne d’électricité généralisée sur l’île, nous n’avons pas eu de problèmes. Tout s’est bien déroulé. Merci pour ces belles journées!

Comfortable place, accessible, and conveniently located for anyone visiting. Excellent cleanliness. Leiza is very approachable and service-oriented, ensuring that guests feel comfortable during their stay. Definitely, it is a place where I would host my colleagues from Mexico and the Dominican Republic again, as they had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. For Alpla Caribe, ensuring our colleagues feel comfortable is a priority, and at Adriana's Guest House, it is definitely a place where we would host our visitors again.

Our stay at this beautiful property was truly unforgettable. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, and blender. The living room was a dream, open layout & breathtaking ocean views. The covered porch was perfect for gatherings & we loved using the grill. The gazebo offered a cozy space for conversations while others enjoyed the pool. The pool was perfect, beach towels included. The hammocks were a huge hit. The security gate gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax & enjoy our time. Location in the rural southeastern part of the island was a dream, offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere. A standout aspect of our stay was Hector, the property manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect experience. Hector was attentive & thoughtful. His kindness and dedication are truly exceptional, making him an invaluable part of the experience. You won’t find another Airbnb with someone as outstanding as him.

This was my favorite place to stay while in Puerto Rico. It was peaceful, next to the water, and so spacious. The surrounding neighborhood is so beautiful. The hosts were so responsive and proactive in communicating for an easy stay. The home had everything we could possibly need. Next time I’m in Puerto Rico, I will definitely be staying here.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

Great place! Safe and beautiful super quiet even on a weekend! The house was spotless and very cozy! We enjoyed cooking inside and out! The pool was amazing, I have nothing negative to say about this place or the host! Loved it! My advice book it and trust the pictures this place is amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! Nilda was an excellent host. Got us some chairs for the beach, towels we could take there, and she even baked some biscuits for us + plus brought us some delicious quesitos. She was always was very attentive to our needs. If we were ever in Patillas again, this would be the place to stay. Awesome view and location.

Para ser nuestro primer alojamiento fue una experiencia increíble, aunque nos tardamos en encontrar el lugar. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. El lugar es muy tranquilo y relajante aunque es pequeño es perfecto para una pareja. Cerca de restaurantes algunos buenos y otros no tanto pero aun así todo esta cerca la playa, los chicharros, los restaurantes, el mall de guayama y de salinas. En verdad por el precio tan accesible y cómodo es vale la pena y sin olvidad q la anfitrión siempre estovo atenta y contestaba aproximadamente en menos de 30min fácilmente se lleva de 4.6 a 5 estrellas fue increíble.

Great place right on the water with an Amazing view & central location. Great shower head with hot water. Washer/Dryer in unit is a plus. We would book again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment was impeccably clean, making it a comfortable and inviting space to return to after a day of exploring. Located in a perfect spot, I found it incredibly easy to access all the local attractions while enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The host was outstanding—very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the entire booking process seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking views! Waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning was truly a delight. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Greg's place is awesome. We had a great time as family. The grill was a plus. Beautiful view to the beach. I loved every morning drinkg my coffee looking at the ocean. Definitely will stay again soon.

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!

where do I start. this condo was amazing. we had come to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday at Playa del Mar. Everyone in the family could not believe how fabulous this place was. Once I told them what I paid for 7 days they were shocked. This was very fair price rental. I had my family stay in other condos in Playa del Mar and they said our place was so much nicer and spacious then there Airbnb rentals. This place has options to be rented as 1 bedroom. Friends say they would come back and rent here do to how amazing it was. they security at gate was so nice and helpful. steps aways from the pool and hot tub there it's open til 1pm. nature sounds when on the balcony and beautiful birds to see while sitting outside in mornings on balcony with some coffee. I was happy that family really wanted to come visit our place and loved it. I had to forward this Airbnb to family and friend that were asking. Family members loved the golf course and golf cart rental to get around.
