The Villa is on the south part of the island of Puerto Rico in a small town called Arroyo. It is located inside a gated complex filled with palm trees and the Caribbean ocean as the back yard. Villa 21 has direct access from your terrace to the green grass filled with palm tree, soft sand and the ocean. Beautiful sounds of nature, put you to sleep while you swing in your hammok. Two fresh water rivers nearby, Villa 21 gives you the feeling of being in your own private island. Malls,markets near.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.
