Coastaway: 3 Bedrooms + Solar Power

Come & relax in your paired back retreat located in a tranquil fishing village on the west coast of SA. Enjoy some rest with no load shedding worries, solar panels will keep everything (apart from oven & underfloor heating) running at all times of the day. Feel at home in an original dirt road cul-de-sac, safely snuggled in-between friendly neighbours. Only 25 minutes drive from Paternoster to the North, Langebaan to the South & just a 250m walk along green belt to serene, rocky shoreline.

Westcoast beach cottage - Unit 2

A small coastal cottage roughly 5 min drive outside the harbour town of Saldanha. The cottage is private but connects to the side of our home. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Zula Beach Cottage - beach getaway for 2 & solar

NO LOADSHEDDING! 15 kilowatts of solar which is shared with the main house. Zula is a small self contained, studio style beach cottage sleeping 2, on the beach. Perfect for doggy lovers as it has a private enclosed garden, set at the back of Zula Beach House which sleeps 10. Hi speed WiFi. A gas BBQ and a fireplace for the cold winters. on Langstrand Beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It is popular with surfers, kite and windsurfers. A pet fee applies. No children under 16.

Pondok

Rustic charm meets contemporary beach house living at this one bedroom beach cottage offering laid back West Coast living at its best. With its white washed walls, bright blue window frames and doors, seconds from the endless stretches of white sandy beach with azure waters, mysterious sunrises with the mist swirling in from the ocean, vivid sunsets and the many excellent eateries in the area, Pondok is the perfect place for a romantic getaway that will linger in the memory forever.

The Tin Shack

"The Tin Shack" is a beautiful container-built cabin situated on a hill behind the West Coast town of St Helena Bay. The cabin overlooks the entire bay with the majestic Cederberg mountains in the distance. It has two ensuite bedrooms with compost toilets, and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area with a cast iron woodburner fireplace which makes the cabin warm and cozy even in winter. The spacious deck has a Weber BBQ, outdoor seating, and a woodfired hot tub.

Our apartments are sanitized between every guest departure and arrival by me personally. I hope this may allay any fears you may have. Beautiful upstairs Bachelor's unit with Limited Sea Views , queen bed, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with shower and SHARED patio with outside braai/barbecue. Situated approximately 80m from the beach and Voorstrandt 'red roof' restaurant. Has WIFI available .

Die Vissershuisie - on the beach - beautiful view

On the beach! Die Vissershuisie is a romantic three bedroomed cottage built in the traditional west coast style. Each of the bedrooms is en-suite & has a queen size bed. There is a large living area with full DSTV & a wood burning stove. Please note that you may only use wood (no charcoal ) in the stove. Pse bring your own wood. Stacking doors open onto a patio with a braai (barbeque) & gorgeous sea views - ideal for alfresco dining.

Owl House - 1 Bedroom, Cozy Fireplace, Barbecue

Offering a spacious lounge area with fireplace and open plan modern kitchen with kitchen island centrepiece. Bedroom has an extra length Queen bed and the bathroom, a large shower opening onto a quaint courtyard. The upstairs loft has a work station and sleeper couch. Spacious patio with dining area and outdoor shower. Barbecue and carport. No children under the age of 12 years.

1st floor thatched roof cottage on the beach. Open plan loft studio. Balcony with sea view and stainless steel braai. Walking distance from restaurants, shops and art galleries. Quiet place for single or couple who wants to enjoy lazy languid days in Paternoster. Please note that cottage is on 1st floor - steep flight of stairs & it is a small compact space
