Really well decorated Airbnb. lots of places to sleep and very clean. there is a semi busy road nearby that sometime gets traffic noise, usually in the day, but it's a great deal. happy to have stayed there

Quiet, Private, Comfy-The North Richland Q House

This is a spotless and comfortable apartment in a pristine neighborhood. It was hard to find a single house with anything less than a perfectly manicured yard! And we were able to take a nice walk along the Columbia River--a real treat when driving as much as we've been. We especially appreciated the breakfast fruit and foods (not to mention little mints on the bed!) that our hosts leave for their guests. That is definitely a perk that you can't count on from all hosts. We were very happy with our accommodation!

Spacious, vintage home near River in Richland!

The house was very cozy and unique. The layout and ample amount of furnishings make it a wonderful place for a family to enjoy. The trees and beautiful view of the river were an added bonus. Our host, Lisa went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyed. I highly recommend this property and Lisa.

Pool and Luxurious Guesthouse!

Suzie and her husband were amazing hosts. Very welcoming and provided additional help when I was running behind after my Ironman race. Suzie even left us a tasty treat for after the race and I had two of the best nights sleep in their very comfortable bed. I will definitely be staying here again if I do this race again next year!

Amazing house and property, loved the layout and comfy living room, master bedroom was phenomenal, and really enjoyed the sitting area outside in the beautiful weather. I would definitely stay again, and would love to own a place just like this. Definitely recommend!!

SWEET RIVER RETREAT: your cozy oasis of cool

Awesome location! Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, a park and the river path. We rode our bikes every day and had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and had some fun touches. Nice, comfortable beds were a definite plus. We would book again.

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hector!

Modern Family Friendly House

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the weekend. I appreciated all the small touches. The location was ideal. We would definitely come back. We have lots of family in Tri-Cities we were able to meet up without long distance driving. Thanks for the hospitality.

I visit the Tri-Cities frequently to visit family, and always look for Shelli's place to stay. The House is just amazing, the decor and layout are over the top. It one of those houses you don't want to leave. The view of golf course and hills are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Shelli is a friendly, caring host, who makes you feel right at home.
