What a lovely little slice of comfort! This place is comfy, workable, and excellently appropriated. Cindy is lovely, the space is clean, private, and well stocked with amenities. There were even fresh cookies on the table when we're arrived! My teen travelers and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best stay we have ever had. We slept here like it was home, quiet neighborhood surrounded by orchards, 10-15 minutes to most stores or restaurants you could want, we attended a concert in George about an hour away, was wonderful to get home somewhere close after, 10/10 for the stay, Cristina the host was responsive, helpful host we could ever dream of. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Private, Comfy-The North Richland Q House

This is a spotless and comfortable apartment in a pristine neighborhood. It was hard to find a single house with anything less than a perfectly manicured yard! And we were able to take a nice walk along the Columbia River--a real treat when driving as much as we've been. We especially appreciated the breakfast fruit and foods (not to mention little mints on the bed!) that our hosts leave for their guests. That is definitely a perk that you can't count on from all hosts. We were very happy with our accommodation!

Spacious, vintage home near River in Richland!

The house was very cozy and unique. The layout and ample amount of furnishings make it a wonderful place for a family to enjoy. The trees and beautiful view of the river were an added bonus. Our host, Lisa went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyed. I highly recommend this property and Lisa.

Pool and Luxurious Guesthouse!

Suzie and her husband were amazing hosts. Very welcoming and provided additional help when I was running behind after my Ironman race. Suzie even left us a tasty treat for after the race and I had two of the best nights sleep in their very comfortable bed. I will definitely be staying here again if I do this race again next year!

Peaceful park-like Getaway

This is the second week in a row we stayed at Paul and Hillary’s listing. We’ve been in the Tri cities for work and the house made a great place for us to stay in the time. The kitchen was out favorite as it was clean both times we’ve been here, plus it had a son side table amount of cooking equipment so we were able to make ourselves some good dinners.

I highly recommend this house for your stay in Tri-Cities area. We like it so much we keep returning. The house is absolutely perfect. Everything is clean. They recently painted the interior and it looks fabulous. The hosts are always super accomodating. We give it 5 stars! Thank you Larry!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the place and were super impressed with all of the rooms to hangout in. It never felt tight or overcrowded. Really hoping to stay again in the future when the pool is complete. The addition looks amazing and is definitely going to make it a go to destination even more!

South Richland Cottage

Ralph’s place was great. House was clean and spacious with all of the amenities I needed for a work trip (and more than I could even use). Ralph was proactive with instructions and house guide was prominent. Access was easy and flexible. No unreasonable/extensive cleaning requirements! A very pleasant stay with a very pleasant host. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks Ralph!

Modern home with a view

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hector!

The blue cozy house

Immaculate place. Our family had a great time with lots of room to play. I recommend staying here if you have a more prominent family. Great hosts and response time is extremely fast. Very friendly. All around 10/10. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, fenced backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. Very clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our short vacation here.

We had a wonderful short stay while visiting family in the area. Carlos's 2-bedroom, 3-bed, 1-bath home with a full kitchen, dining, living room, and laundry area was the perfect fit for my family of four and our two small pets. The pet-friendly environment was spotless and had no traces of previous pets, which speaks to how clean and well-maintained the space is. We really appreciated the extra towels and, as a coffee and tea enthusiast, I loved the variety of options provided. We definitely hope this location remains available for future trips to the area.
