La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Fantástico apartamento ubicado en una zona residencial de San Sebastián. El apartamento cuenta con dos dormitorios: uno con cama de 140 cm y otro con cama de 160 cm. Un baño completo. Está situado en la planta baja del edificio y tiene una gran terraza de 30 metros cuadrados. IMPORTANTE: se pone en conocimiento de los huéspedes que desde el 10 de marzo hasta principios de junio la terraza estará ocupada con un andamio, por rehabilitación de fachada. Disculpen las molestias.

Este apartamento de estilo moderno se encuentra dentro de un típico caserío vasco con más de 500 años de antigüedad. Ubicado concretamente en la localidad guipuzcoana del barrio de Ergoyen, no muy lejos de San Sebastián (15Km), a los pies del parque natural de Aiako Harria y a orillas del río Oiartzun. La ubicación permite visitar los pueblos costeros de alrededor, hacer senderismo, y runnig por la ruta de Arditurri de 20Km que pasa junto por la casa.

This is a lovely studio, fully equipped in the heart of San Sebastian, close to all amenities, walking distance to beach: La Concha bay, as well as Zurriola, (surfer's beach), shops, train and bus stations, yet it is quiet, as it is not facing on to street. Please note this studio´s windows are on to a patio and not the street.
