The house is completely private, nothing to share with anyone else, it's all yours. Pisa, Lucca Florence and Siena are within driving distance, as well as the sea and Cinque Terre. The house is in the Apuan Alps for great hiking, a perfect combination between nature and culture. The house has 1 bathroom and stairs are on the outside of the house, see the pictures.

È composto da cucina , soggiorno , due camere matrimoniali , camera con letto a soppalco e divano letto da 1 piazza e mezzo, due bagni, tre terrazze e garage . Possibilità di utilizzare divano letto a due piazze nell’ampio soggiorno. Ubicato in quartiere residenziale a 300 mt dalle Mura di Lucca e a 50 mt dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.
