Wonderful large log home with high ceilings, skylights, gally kitchen fireplace, modern kitchen appliances. Situated on 13 acres 8 minute drive to down town, Walmart, movies etc. House has a fresh drinkable artesian well which supplies the house 3 ponds to skate on or swim. (Weather/conditions and season permitting) 5 minutes from towns best beach. Pool table pingpong bumper and poker table Hot Tub not for use do to insurance Lg screened in porch. Lake Muskoka Executive Cottage Out Door Hot Tub, Firewood, Full Back Up Generac Power and snow ploughing are all essentials for a good holiday and are included. Lake Muskoka makes for a perfect walking, skiing or snowshoeing path as well there are numerous trails in the area. The cottage is close to snowmobile trails and there is a rental company in the area that will deliver snowmobiles to the cottage. There is a grand Muskoka granite wood burning fireplace for extra comfort and ambiance.
