Beautiful Waterfront Cottage is conveniently located 2.5 hours from the GTA (20 mins from Parry Sound). This Cottage has a gorgeous lake view with a private beach, dock and deep water for swimming. Guests have access to kayaks, life jackets, noodles, as well as outdoor sports equipment for volleyball, badminton, tetherball, boccia ball, soccer, and football. Cottage has a fire place, BBQ and fire pit. Play a round of exceptional golf at The Ridge at Manitou golf course located right on the lake.

Built in 1870, featuring a stone front, apple trees and gardens. Enjoy your stay in the master bedroom of our family home. Queen bed, mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker included. Ensuite has a soaker tub and stand up shower. 10 minutes to South River including grocery, gas, Beer and LCBO. Check out local attractions like The Crystal Cave, Brewery, and Chip Stand. Close to lakes and rivers, Algonquin canoe access and Mikisew Provincial Park. Our home has dogs and cats and a little one.

Chalet Rosemarie is nestled on a hillside, surrounded by mature trees, overlooking the "Big Sound" in the beautiful 30,000 Island vacation land of GEORGIAN BAY, just 17 min drive or 12 km north of Parry Sound. There are 2 very large studios with ensuites and balcony plus one guestroom. Breakfast is not included but available optional. If selected it will served in the country style dining room or on the terrace with lake view. Sorry no pets.
