Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! Owners operate a local tree business which presides on the property. *Price is for 2 guests. Add Guest $30/night. $50/per pet

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Cozy Riverfront House - 15 minutes from VT

BRAND NEW INTERIOR. This fully renovated and updated riverfront home is perfect for a family get away/girl's weekend/guy's fishing trip! There are two bedrooms- one queen bed, a full and a twin. This home includes one full bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, and an indoor fire pit. Sit outside around the fire pit and enjoy beautiful views of the New River while only being 15 minutes from Blacksburg and Virginia Tech. Dogs welcome. No smoking!

Our newest Airbnb Glampsite, Falling Waters boasts full-frontal views of the waterfall, lower pools, & cascades of Sweet Springs Creek. The best piece of real estate on the Property, this glampsite will simply astonish your expectations & impress your senses. Falling waters is off the grid, has a comfy bed, stays cool during the Summer, & is fully heated with propane in the Winter!

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house. We share a wall and you will hear us. Room comes with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range). Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

The Getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. If you’re tired of hotel stays when you’re in on business, our fully furnished apartment is the “Getaway “ for you. Only a couple miles off the interstate and super easy to find. Less than five minutes from Walmart, Sheetz, Starbucks and numerous restaurants.

Quaint Cottage next to The Palisades Restaurant

This house was renovated to its earlier 20th century glory with 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms & 2 living spaces with 2 pull-out couches and a kitchen. It has a wrap around porch and porch swing. The cottage is 100 feet from the New River and 50 feet from the N&W railroad, with the train running close by.
