Na encosta nascente de Sesimbra, a 1km, cerca de 12m a pé 2 min de carro do centro e da praia, este duplex muito espaçoso tem uma fantástica vista de mar. Nota: o caminho para a praia é feito pela berma da estrada No 2º piso, um quarto de casal, um quarto individual e um grande wc com banheira. Os 2 quartos partilham um terraço de 8 m2 e vista frontal de mar. O 1º andar tem sala, cozinha e wc com duche. A sala tem 1 terraço com 15 m2 e vista frontal de mar.
