Hola! This is a 63 square meters bungalow style house. The building is pretty new and modern furnished, located just 300 meters from the main road and access to Playa Negra, and 1 km from the center of Puerto Viejo , in a green and quiet residencial road. On the same property there is also our rental bungalow Little Yemanja. The place is perfect for remote working, with reliable internet connection fiber optic 200/12 mb (modem inside the house) and many areas where to sit and work or chill :)

Elegant traditional wooden cabina in Playa Negra - Perfect for a romantic stay, surrounded by a tropical garden and lots of toucans and butterflies. The cabina has a big equipped kitchen with a bar open on the garden view. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a confortable shower & hot water. Only a few minutes from the beach and mini market. High speed internet and gated property with your own private parking. The cabina is fresh and protected from mosquitos. Very cosy

Hermosa playa muy viva que ofrece todo tipo de entretenimiento y Deporte, música, restaurantes and quality street food, deportes. Casa caribeña con tres dormitorios donde duermen hasta cinco. personas. Primer piso planta baja sin escaleras, Excelente ubicación caminando al centro de Puerto Viejo aunque ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo. Restaurantes cercanos sin necesidad de tener que usar coche.

Beautiful beachfront house for up to ten people. Just in front (30 mts) of a white sandy beach and surrounded by nature. Great coral reef for snorkeling . Puerto Viejo town with all amenities and nightlife only a few km away (7 min by car). Small grocery shop and restaurants within walking distance. Garden full of flora and fauna, monkeys , toucans, etc. are usually seen . Sea is usually calm, clear and very safe for swimming and snorkeling.
