Just minutes away from the heart of Cedar City the Festival City and Brian Head the home of wonderful skiing. Several close national/state parks are at your finger tip with their amazing beauty. THE BEDS: are one King, twin rollaway, twin flip out mattress, queen blow up mattress. Sofa is not a pull out.

This unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, Near Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. Plenty of close hiking, dining, Shakespeare festivals, shops, yoga studios, lakes, streams and the beauty of all 4 seasons. It's nestled in the back yard.
