The house is located in Richmond, a small and friendly suburb bordering the vibrant neighbourhood of Melville, close to Millpark Hospital. The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design, as well as a Netflix series and a number of TV commercials.

A spacious, open plan living area off the kitchen has large windows looking into the trees and spectacular Jacarandas in late October. Sitting on the patio allows for enjoying the beautiful Johanesburg sunsets. The spacious apartment is furnished and fitted for your comfort and convenience. High security boomed area with access control, 24 hour guard patrols and cameras. The popular Westcliff stairs are just 500m away, for fitness or sunset view

Water backup and solar so no load shedding , situated close to Sandton in a quiet suburb, the cottage has its own entrance, garden, off street parking and is very private with its own bathroom, living area and a well equipped kitchen, it also includes a scullery containing a washing machine and additional sink and storage space.
