Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. In the winter go snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing steps from the cottage door.

A home away from home. Walk in and relax in this 4 bedroom corner house located on a quite street. Spacious living area with full kitchen and fenced in back yard with a deck and smoking area outside. Just a short distance from lakeshore makes this house close to everything but far enough off the path to offer privacy and relaxation. Years of enjoyment have created a lived in ambience that many guests refer to as homey but some have said they notice a smoky odor. Your comfort is our pleasure.

Located at the end of a private driveway, the cottage features an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large windows overlooking the lake provide a scenic view as well as natural light throughout the day. A short drive to groceries, restaurants, playground/splash pad, snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails for nature lovers!

Newly built, All-season Cottage on Callander Bay Lake Nipissing. This property is very family friendly with a large living and dining room making it easy to host everyone! Come see the vibrant leaves then enjoy some hot cocoa around the fireplace. The fall season at Sandy Pines is one of our favourite times of the year and one you won't want to miss!! We also have internet for all of your wifi needs! Please discuss pets before your stay. Bath towels are not provided. Dock was removed.

Trout Lake offers fantastic fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Bring your jet skis or power boat along. Relax in the evening roasting marshmallows by the firepit or enjoy a hot tub overlooking the lake.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.
