Centrally located in the safe & quiet neighbourhood of Linden/Emmarentia, this two-bedroom garden unit is ideal for business or leisure travel. The main room is open-plan with a queen-size bed, kitchenette, desk & bathroom en-suite and through the sliding door is another room with two single beds, perfect for 2 children or two adults. Secure parking for 1 car (not undercover), and a small private patio. Fast wifi connection, modern decor and excellent security make for the perfect short stay.

Quiet Garden Studio close to Rosebank

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.
