A family orientated 3-bedroomed, 2 bathroomed Georgian style home in the heart of Parkhurst, situated within a close stroll of the 4th Avenue shops and restaurants. Located close to Verity Park. This home has a solar system to provide back-up power durring loadshedding. The system is also connected to battery back-up for +/- 2 hours when there is no sun. The only item not covered by the backup system is the stove. This home is also available on longer term leases. Please enquire for pricing.

Water backup and solar so no load shedding , situated close to Sandton in a quiet suburb, the cottage has its own entrance, garden, off street parking and is very private with its own bathroom, living area and a well equipped kitchen, it also includes a scullery containing a washing machine and additional sink and storage space. Our comfortable 1-bedroom apartment is set in leafy quiet Emmarentia, just up the road from the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens, with easy access to both the CBD and Johannesburg's northern suburbs. Even though fully equipped for self-catering, you also have easy access to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in Greenside, and only a little further away the vibey 'villages' of Parkhurst and Melville.

A three-story cottage consisting of:- Downstairs kitchen, lounge with 2 sleeper couches, dining area and "guest loo". A mezzanine level with a full bathroom, TV lounge and braai (barbeque) deck. Loft with Queen-size bed. Whilst the cottage can accommodate 4 people it is a bit small for 4 adults and more suitable for families with children. High-speed internet (100mb).

Close to restaurants , shops , galleries , mall and Gautrain station. easy train ride to airport or 30 minutes uber / drive from airport .We are on a quiet leafy road close to lots of restaurants and the tour bus stop so you can easily visit all the sights of Johannesburg.
