One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm. €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night. Convenience and comfort in a central location and very well connected .(apartment completely renovated in April 2023). It can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed in one room and two single beds in another). It is located in the safe and quiet area of the traditional Poble Sec neighborhood, which is very nice. Only 5 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and near the sea, on the top floor of a building with elevator. Large desk and excellent Wi-Fi: ideal for teleworking.
