Things to do Walking/running & cycling. (Te Whiti Riser) coffee shops, Mall. (see overview for more) There is a functional kitchen, with oven & all cooking equipment. Own driveway, very safe. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

You will hear the waves lapping while enjoying the panoramic views including Kapiti Island and amazing nightly sunsets. This spot is perfect for beach walks and swimming. Complete kitchen. This is our own family beach house that we are opening up to guests so it naturally comes with the lived in feel and some personal items - not a sterile investment
