GH: Comfortable apartment at 3 KM from the center

Compleet ingericht bovenappartement met een groot balkon. Terrein is volledig omheind. Het appartement ligt op 10 minuten rijden van het historische centrum, de Kathedrale Basiliek. In iedere slaapkamer (3)een 2 persoons bed 160x200 met elk een eigen douche en wc. Parkeren naast het huis. Airco in de slaapkamers en woonkamer/keuken. Inbegrepen in de prijs: stroom 20 KWH/dag (ongeveer 8 uren airco en normaal gebruik van overige apparatuur). Kosten voor meer verbruik stroom is Euro 0,30/KWH.

The entertainment center of Paramaribo is 5min away and centrally located in de city is our apartments. We have one and two-room apartments. Each apartment is equipped as much as possible with all the comforts that can be found in a house. They are fully furnished rooms with, among other things, beds with "health mattresses", internet connection, hot and cold water, etc. Furthermore, the complex has outdoor areas, a swimming pool, camera security and a well-lit closed parking lot.

Luxury city centre stay in colonial style building

Welcome and enjoy your stay in this beautiful very spacious apartment with herringbone hard wood floor in this colonial style building. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful view of my neighbours tropical garden. On the south side of the property you will see a pack of large green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am before they migrate to another area of the city. You may spot the occasional green leguana in the trees in the back.

U zal zich gelijk welkom voelen in ons prive appartementencomplex, we zijn goed gelegen vlakbij de uitgaansbuurt en het oude stadscentrum. Het hele erf is ommuurd en u krijgt een afstandsbediening van de poort. Veiligheid voor alles. Er is ook veel parkeerplek. Zich in het tropische binnenland wanen en toch op loopafstand van het historische centrum en het bruisende uitgaanscentrum van Paramaribo verblijven? Dit kan in ons modern ingericht appartement met uitzicht op de tuin, zwembad en cabana. De beneden verdieping is voor de huurder, boven woont de eigenaar. De woning is gelegen in een rustige buurt waar alleen bestemmingsverkeer komt.

Tijdens je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie vergeet je al je zorgen, nabij Hermitage Mall aan de Datrakondrestraat. Centraal gelegen voor verschillende locaties en bezienswaardigheden in en rondom Paramaribo. Lokale supermarkten en busstation op loopafstand. De welbekende bioscoop TBL Cinemas op nog geen 7 minuten afstand met de auto en of taxi.
