Το "Sihna" είναι εμπνευσμένο από το έθιμο της γιορτής των Σίχνων που τελείται στο Λιτόχωρο ανήμερα των Θεοφανείων. Έχει τις ρίζες του στο Βυζάντιο και συνεχίζεται μέχρι σήμερα. Τα Σίχνα είναι ψηλά κοντάρια με ασημένιο ή χρυσό σταυρό στην κορυφή, που φέρουν πολύχρωμες σημαίες. Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. It has a private yard overlooking the small port of Agrielia.The distance from the house to Kamari beach is 500m,to the small port 300m and to Ai-Giannis beach is 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is 5km away ,10 minutes by car. At Kamari and Ai-Giannis you can find shops with food and coffee.

Our house is less than ten min walking from the sandy beach, in a quiet full of trees neighborhood, between Platamon (a seaside calmy village which turns to a lively tourist resort during summer time) and Nei Pori (full of life, with a 5 km organized beach, ideal for small children and families). This brand new apartment, on the elevated ground floor of our house, with the big flowered garden, is a lovely place to relax after a full day at the beach or the local sightseening.
