The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village.
The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.
