Bordering the Sevier River and BLM land, it’s a "true" off-grid digital detox—no Wi-Fi/TV, just nature. Rock hunters will find an abundance of agate, and wildlife like deer, antelopes, bunnies, and eagles are frequent visitors. Ideally located off Hwy 89 for easy access to Bryce (30 mins) and Zion (60 mins). Great for couples and families looking to reconnect. Note: No pets allowed.

Large condo w/2 bedrooms both with a queen size bed and a loft with 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, one w/a shower/tub combo and the other a shower. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Located across from the Lyons park and in walking distance to city pool and fairgrounds. (Iron County Fair). I love the fact that the fireworks go off in my front yard and I can walk to all the parades..
