I guarantee you will quickly feel right at home. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

Historic Home in Downtown for a Couple or Group

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

This charming studio is cozy, clean, and beautiful. We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Excellent hiking, biking, bird watching; outstanding dining and shopping; world class university; music and theater; all nearby.

Our 1932 Bungalow sits in the heart of The Avenues of Chico. This classic Chico Charmer is in a great neighborhood with close proximity to downtown, the CSU Chico campus, Enloe Hospital, and Bidwell Park. There is so much history in The Avenues and all of Chico, so we hope that you get out and explore all that our town has to offer.
