Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Light, bright attached guest house with queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), tub/shower and small private patio. Enter the living room w glass slider overlooking patio. Step up into the kitchen with full fridge/stove/microwave/dining table. Bathroom w deep tub/shower, washer/dryer. From living room, step down to enter bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. Our local marina, Lime Saddle, has boat, kayak and paddle board rentals for a day on the lake.

Our place is close to Downtown, restaurants and nightlife, Bidwell Park and Chico State. You’ll love our creek side setting because of the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and family visiting Chico State students.
