Está alojado dentro de uma ampla casa residencial de uma família de 4 pessoas ao lado de importante região histórica da ilha. A entrada é comum as duas casas, porém todo o espaço do apartamento é privativo. Todos os ambientes são arejados, com uma varanda de tirar o fôlego e a certeza de que seus momentos serão inesquecíveis.
