Esperienza fantastica presso l’alloggio di Andreas! Mi ha fornito in modo impeccabile tutte le informazioni consentendomi di fare un check-in in tutta facilità durante la notte. L’appartamento è grande e con tutte le comodità! Inoltre, sebbene si trovi in pieno centro e a due passi dal porto, la zona è molto silenziosa. Andreas è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa riguardo la casa e per raccomandazioni sul luogo. L’appartamento era pulito, con asciugamani adeguati al numero di ospiti e lenzuola pulite. Rapporto qualità prezzo 100%! Se tornerò a Paphos, non avrò dubbi su dove alloggiare! Grazie Andreas ☺️

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this lovely apartment in Paphos! The location was absolutely perfect – close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The apartment itself was spotless, cosy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr sauberes Apartment und sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Der geräumige Südostbalkon ist toll: Schön warm, wenn die Sonne scheint, Frühstück im Freien im Februar ist super, Barbecue möglich. Der Pool ist blitzsauber. Die Mall um die Ecke. Wir kamen leider nicht bei Netflix rein und ein paar Sachen bräuchten mal eine Reparatur (Fensterverriegelung, Duschstange, Badezimmertür, quietschendes Bett). Wenn man zu zweit auch mal arbeiten will, dann könnte der Tisch definitiv eine Nummer größer sein. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und würden wiederkommen. Danke!

Andreas is just a superb host. He went out of his way from check-in to when I left. The apartment is simple, with everything you need, and positioned perfectly to explore Paphos - everything is a stone's throw from its location.

Вилла очень понравилась, кажется небольшая, но все есть. Как бонус - даже лимонное дерево, каждый день дающее зрелый плод. Все оборудование исправно и работает (теливизор, кондиционеры, нагреватель воды, чайник, кофеварка, плита, гриль, бассейн, полив сада и т.д.). Если уж очень придираться - поменял батарейки в пультах и все, а так даже средство для разжигания угля и то было в наличии. Обслуживают сад и бассейн очень вежливые, терпеливые ребята (у меня мальчишка 5 лет, разве что только не катался на нем, а так заставил каждый кран, каждый люк объяснить для чего и почему). Вокруг дома и бассейна зеленый забор в человеческий рост интим и тишина полные. Шум (детские крики и иногда проезжающие машины) только с одной стороны дома на которую выходят окна одной из трех спален, да и то часов в 10 вечера все затихает точно. До моря две дороги: напрямик - 4 минуты пешком, но грунтовка и ступеньки (с коляской не очень удобно) и в объезд по асфальту - 7 минут. Пляж - сочетание и песчаного, и галечного - кому что нравится, и пару маленьких заливчиков для детей. За пляжем мини порт: яхты, водные мотоциклы, дайвинг. В пешей доступности гостиницы, рестораны (на пляже второй от виллы - просто восхитительный рыбный только заранее заказывайте какую рыбу, морепродукты хотите и приготовят их для вас восхитительно), минимагазины. Кира (хозяйка) всегда доступна и отвечает на все вопросы, помогла и с транспортом из аэропорта и с визами на Кипр и с окружением. Нам вилла очень понравилась и сама по себе и окружением! Спасибо огромное Кире!!!

We were lucky to stay at Leil's place for 11 days with our family including 3 teenagers. The home is very attractive with stone walls and a beautiful garden outside. The pool was cold as it was November but we still enjoyed a few dips. Leil was one of the best hosts we have had, he left a few groceries, gave us advice on where to go and was very quick uk respond to our questions. The location was great, beautiful view and easy to get about, you will need a car to get to restaurants and supermarkets. The local family taverna on Simou's cobble streets was really special, if you want a laid back meal. We went to Coral Beach several times because we loved it. Thank you for having us 👍🏻

Lovely villa set in a great location 10 mins walk to main coral bay restaurants and shops. 15 mins walk to beach which is clean and not too busy. Villa was spacious for a family of 6 with great amenities everything we needed inside and out. Loved the welcome basket which was much needed as it was very late when we arrived it had all the basics and a few more thank you! The outside space bbq dining area seating loungers and pool is really lovely with a sea view. We didn’t hire a car in the end but used the local bus service which was very efficient would recommend a car to go further afield. Philippos supermarket is excellent and has everything fresh meat, fish bbq supplies very reasonable. Plenty of great restaurants with friendly attentive staff within walking distance. Everything we needed and more. The only small negative was the beds were a bit uncomfortable could use a mattress topper to help with comfort, but all in all we had a wonderful time and experience

This was an awesome place, we stayed in February so opted to pay the extra for the heated swimming pool and hot tub which was well worth the money, as we used them every day, even when the weather changed. The view is stunning and the accommodation easily sleeps 8 adults, if you are wanting to opt for 10 people then I would say 2 of those will need to be children as the additional beds are camp beds. We had a couple of issues with the electric and alarm but Villa Retreats where very quick to respond and their customer service is amazing, so I would highly recommend this villa, it's location is stunning and only 10 minutes drive to Coral Bay.
