Your accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit (new 2017)sited on our property. Fully insulated and double glazed there is also a heat pump for your comfort. The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

The Fern Room - a tranquil place to spend your Auckland holiday or work trip. Private use of bedroom/lounge, bathroom and courtyard for a maximum of two people. Less than four minutes to the train, the shops of Newmarket, and motorway on-ramps. The museum and domain are a short walk away and many guests like the walk into the city. A daily self-serve light breakfast is included and there is NO cleaning fee. Free high speed broadband, wifi, Sky Sports and Movies, chromecast and DVD player.

Please enjoy our beautiful space in a grand old house in Mangere Bridge 10 mins from Auckland Airport. The room is very private and has its own external door and ensuite (enjoy the high pressured luxury rain shower) which cannot be accessed by the main house or suite 1. The bedroom has a kitchenette (microwave/bar fridge), dining table and queen bed (there is no kitchen sink). The room has a flat screen tv with netflix Please do not book our suite if you intend to smoke or vape.

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
