Charming Classic Villa Only a Few Minutes from Downtown

Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Ca’ cita (casa di piccole dimensioni in piemontese) completamente ristrutturata ad inizio 2025 (quarto piano con ascensore); situata in centro a Settimo Torinese con la comodità di avere a circa 200m la stazione e a 50m la fermata del pullman per raggiungere Torino in pochi minuti. Facilmente raggiungibili: Torino Outlet Village, ToDream Urban District, Autostrada Torino-Milano, Ospedale civico e zona industriale Pescarito. A pochi passi troverete supermarket, negozi, farmacie, tabacchi e bar.

Conveniently located near the highway and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La nostra mansarda, con vista sulla valle, è di recente ristrutturazione ed è posizionata in una zona tranquilla ai limiti del bosco nel Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso. Ideale per trascorrere le vacanze estive ed invernali, tra escursioni, canyoning, mountain bike, arrampicata, trekking. Di ultimissima costruzione una piccola spa ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti con un contributo a parte per chi vuole usufruirne.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

La Vauda

La Vauda è una casa immersa nel verde, con un alloggio al primo piano interamente dedicato agli ospiti. Dispone di 3 comode camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno privato e di spazi comuni come un salone con camino, una accogliente cucina, una sala da pranzo ed una terrazza con vista sulla pianura di Torino. In pochi minuti, in auto o in treno, si possono raggiungere i luoghi più belli di Torino, i principali musei ed attrazioni.

L'appartamento è situato al piano terra di un palazzo recentemente ristrutturato con una splendida corte interna, facilmente raggiungibile dalle principali stazioni ferroviarie tramite bus e taxi. Nel quartiere è presente ogni tipo di servizio, dal supermercato (di fronte al loft) a numerosi ristoranti e locali. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi il Museo del Cinema, all'interno della Mole Antonelliana.

Siamo lieti di ospitarvi in questo comodo appartamento situato nel centro di Settimo Torinese. Il centro della città si caratterizza per un isola pedonale ricca di negozi e servizi di qualsiasi tipologia. A soli a 10 km è possibile visitare il centro di Torino, raggiungibile comodamente con treno e bus situati in prossimità dell'appartamento. Stazione 10 minuti a piedi, fermata bus 2 minuti a piedi.
