The property features a fire pit with Adirondack seating and is directly connected to Corps of Engineers land-offering access to hundreds of acres to hunt. A true hunter’s paradise, whether you’re fishing, paddling, or unwinding.

Take in a Ole Miss game or check out Beale St. We are within walking distance of Main Street in Como where you can find great restaurants and antiques. Swim in our lovely pool, sip your morning coffee sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the pool and pasture with 4 mini horses.

This unique place has a style all its own. Stay in a stylish newly renovated Main Street Loft in Sardis, MS. Walk to restaurants and a short drive to I-55. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Como Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 15 acres getaway. Sit back and relax on the porch as you feel a slight breeze while enjoying the peacefulness of oak tree leaves singing in the wind. The birds are chirping and they seem to be singing your favorite tune. A leaf is dancing freely in the wind. Tilt your head back and feel the sun rays on your face as you stretch your arms out, breath in the fresh air and relax your mind for everything to be.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.

It is located right off of Hwy 35, only .9 miles from Sardis Lower Lake and 1 mile from Sardis Lake. It is only 19 miles from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. 30’x20’ covered parking with motion sensors lights for multiple vehicles, truck and boat (has a cord reel).
