Description: La Casa Colibri ‘The Hummingbird House’ was designed to take in the lake views from every room in the house, cascading down the mountainside with huge amounts of glass framing in the panoramic views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding, perfectly cone-shaped volcanoes. At approximately 5200 feet above sea level, the Lake Atitlan area enjoys year-round spring-like weather (70s to low 80s during the day and 60s at night). Although temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year the weather is marked by two distinctive seasons: the rainy season (May to October) and the dry season (November to April). During the rainy season the mountains and volcanoes surrounding the lake are verdant green. The mornings are generally crystal clear, while the afternoons bring spectacular showers that are a sight to behold as they roll in over the lake. During the dry season it is rare to receive any precipitation at all. La Casa Colibri has five luxurious guest rooms each with en-suite bath. Four rooms have spacious balconies overlooking the lake. Two rooms have deep soak tubs with separate showers.

Villa Ónix Un refugio céntrico recientemente construido en una montaña, 180 °grados de increíbles vistas panorámicas desde cualquiera de sus esquinas. Un diseño totalmente expansivo, una cocina bien equipada abierta entre un comedor y una sala aseguraran el confort de tu descanso y convivencia. Un amplio deck con un Jacuzzi infinito, perfectamente situado con la mejor vista, te hará sentir que eres parte del paisaje. Al llegar al área de parqueo debemos subir 75 escalones para llegar a la villa.

Lake Front Amazing Views,Unique Architecture

Casa Amate is a unique glass-fronted home built into the mountain-side overlooking one of the world's most beautiful freshwater lakes. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views of the lake and its three volcanoes. Built into the rock face, but still on right on the lake front, the house cascades down four levels, with numerous terraces. The space is defined by the rock face, glass, concrete, wood & light.

LAKEFRONT VIEW! IG: @Lakeviewontherocks Enjoy the serenity of the villa which is located in a private cove on a hard surface road approximately 1/4 mile from the quaint village of San Antonio Palopo. It is a very secluded property with no "neighbors" on either side. To the east is the soft flowing Parankaya River. To the west are undeveloped grounds which are also part of the villa grounds. The Villa is Absolutely Amazing. It is Paradise. Volcano Views! 1 camera outside to garden/lake.
