Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages. Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including the hot tub situated on a private terrace complete with large retractable umbrella and teak table and chair set. The upper level of the loft has a spacious balcony with oversized hammock & Acapulco chairs, living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two bedrooms that are separated by a family room. The front bedroom has two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level of the loft also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water. The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) in about five minutes. Other amenities include: • High-speed Wi-Fi • Smart TV with Netflix • Complimentary coffee, potable water in 5 gal jug, olive oil, paper towels are all included • Complimentary multi-lingual concierge service to arrange a variety of amenities including: ground transportation, lake tours in private boat (with or without bilingual guide), private cook, massage therapist, hiking and mountain biking tours that culminate with a gourmet picnic, shopping service to stock your rental with any beverage or grocery items you would like to find upon arrival. Come to relax and get away, and/or get some work done with highspeed Starlink internet with a powerful mesh wifi network. Residential area, yet only 5 min walk to restaurants/bars. The solar only heated hottub is not hot on rainy or cloudy days.

Villas 2 niveles equipadas, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, sala, cocina comedor, tv cable, wifi, aire acondicionado. No incluye servicio de limpieza. La luz en Pana es inestable y se queda el pueblo sin electricidad a menudo .

14th floor, privately owned, two bedroom apartment in the Hotel Riviera Atitlan. Overlooks one of the most beautiful lakes in the world and the number of the unit is 1405. We are on the lake. You have access to parking, restaurant, grounds, beach, swimming pool and the jacuzzi next to the pool. . Beautiful apartment , spectacular view, lovely balcony. Pets of any kind are not allowed by the hotel. We have the most 5 star reviews in all Sololá.
