Bush getaway in the Bega Valley

The Australian Bracken Fern (Pteridium esculentum), an edible bush food endemic to Australia and New Zealand, lends Bracken Cottage its name. Bracken Cottage is a two-bedroom mud-brick cottage on Rock Lily's 100-acre bush block. Views are to the north and NW over the eucalypt forest that covers most of the property. It is suitable for a family or group wanting a base for rural adventure or a spot to gather and escape the city on a sustainably-managed property and has a dog-friendly fenced yard.

A comfortable fully self contained 1 bedroom cottage on acreage with expansive views across rolling farmland. With an enclosed yard, it's Pet friendly for well behaved pets. Note: Pets should not be left unattended inside. The Cottage has a fully equiped kitchen with large Fridge, Electric Oven, Microwave and Coffee Machine. HDTV & Wifi included. Outside, there's an undercover Gas BBQ.

As a home she is resourceful and imaginative, with a generous pantry, well-equipped kitchen, nooks for reading and a harvestable potager garden. At heart, Lotte’s is a celebration of simple, domestic pleasures; flowers freshly picked from the garden; a library of books; cut wood burning slowly; morning coffee taken on the verandah & more.

THE STARGAZER Adorable pod with stunning views

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Myrtle Cottage

Cosy sun-filled 2 bedroom mud brick cottage. NE aspect overlooks forest, distant mountains, rolling hills and grazing lands. A relaxing getaway - comfortable and creatively rustic with artistic touches. TV, Netflix and free wifi. Good mobile reception. Rainwater tank, open fireplace, firewood provided. Pet friendly, with secure enclosure at the back of the house if needed. Beautiful established gardens. Easy wheelchair access. Host close-by for local info and assistance if required.

Calle Calle Bay Cottage, self contained & central

The cottage is recentlyrenovated, centrally located, provides off street parking and a private entrance for guests. We are in a quiet residential area. Walk to Aslings Beach, Eden Killer Whale museum, Snug Cove port, cafes, boutiques, antique shops, pubs and a range of restaurants. Watch for whales and enjoy the ocean views from the private deck. Ideal for couples, however the sofa bed is 2.5 seats and folds out to double bed size. A portable cot is available on request for infants.

Banksia on Bay

Upon waking, roll over in bed & see the sun glistening over the ocean. Take a short stroll to Chamberlain lookout & check out the whales. Head back to your retro courtyard to enjoy a Campos coffee, ready to face the day. Welcome to Whale Tail Beach House: a pet-friendly haven with recently renovated interiors and stunning ocean views. Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. Two dog-friendly beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the tranquil Pambula River Mouth is nearby for a leisurely day by the water. Your coastal retreat awaits!

Light filled space in my fully self contained studio. Private entrance and seperate to the main house this little oasis is a freshly renovated space. You'll have your own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and parking space. The balcony is such a sun trap so perfect for morning coffee session or evening wine and cheese time. I have two pets on the property but will be in main house (a golden retriever & a ginger cat).
