The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas - perfect for larger families or two families. The front deck has amazing north facing views overlooking the main beach, a bbq, outdoor seating/ dining and tv for outdoor living at its best! The fully fenced rear yard includes a 4m swim spa with views of the beach. Winnunga Beach House is a pet friendly property.

Pamula getaway hosted by Julia in the small, charming village of Pambula in a quiet cul-de-sac street. The cottage sleeps four. Has a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry. A fully functional kitchen with a coffee pod machine. Air conditioning/heating. For the winter months you have the option of a combustion heater. (Only for those who have experience.) A comfortable lounge area. also, a radio that can be paired to your devices so you can play you own music, Tv & Free Wi-Fi included.

Within 5 minutes walk to Pambula's main beach this 5 bedroom, two storey, home is big enough for two families to relax and have fun. The home has two living areas, 3 bathroom a good sized back yard with brazier and a spa for when 5 mins walk is just too far to cool off! Decks on both the levels provide space for everyone, the home is located in a cul-de-sac so traffic is minimal. Wonderful ocean vista's across Merimbula Bay, accompanied by birdsong from the nearby bush. Magic!

You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Watch the magic sunsets from the expansive undercover deck whilst sipping your favourite drink.

Whale Tail Beach House
