Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est fidèle à la description, propre et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La terrasse avec les hamacs est vraiment un plus très agréable les enfants et nous même avons beaucoup apprécié. Ana est une hôte très gentille et fait tout son possible pour répondre à vos besoins. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! Encore merci !

had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb over the weekend! The place was spotless and very well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and inviting right from the start. The host was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet there were plenty of things to do just a short walk or drive away. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a spot close to local attractions, this place checks all the boxes. Highly recommend! 5 star experience.

This place was fantastic. Just steps away from Hollywood Beach, and a part of the beach that was relatively quiet and uncrowded. I liked that it required a 5-8 minute walk to get to the restaurants and hubbub. It meant that home base was nice and quiet. It was also far enough removed from A!A that I didn't hear the road. In terms of the unit, the beds were very, very comfortable. The showers were wonderful. The shared courtyard is peaceful and a great base to hang out or work. The laundry worked well. The kitchen was well stocked. It's a small kitchen space, and there is no oven. It's not a place where I'd want to make a 4 course meal. But I was able to make some eggs & saute some veggies without a problem. I'd just factor the small kitchen into your thinking about elaborate your cooking will be. Vicky was a total superhost - very proactive in ensuring we were okay. Overall, I really loved this place and would hands down stay there again. Highly recommend.

My fiance and I stayed here and the home was amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures and was in a very quiet and quaint part of Miami. Very local to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. Ray was very communicative throughout the whole process and I’d highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great place to stay with great hosts! The location was wonderful- just a short ride to the beach, airport and cruise port so it was perfect for our trip. The neighborhood is quiet, amenities were as described in the posting and the hosts were top notch with communication. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Place was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need plus condiment’s. The backyard was so cute my family and I had fun playing the axe throwing game in the yard. In the morning peacocks hung out in the backyard. We loved it. There are lots of delicious food trucks near by and a short drive to Miami Beach.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ideal. Gute grösse und zweckmässige Einrichtung. Der Kontakt mit Tony war sehr angenehm und er war äusserst hilfsbereit! Ein Fahrzeug kann in der Umgebung parkiert werden, Tony hilft dabei. Die Lage nahe des Ocean Drive ist perfekt. In der Nähe hat es diverse Restaurants, einen Publix, ein Starbucks und auch ein kleiner Quartierladen! Zusammenfassend eine super empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern. Super Ausblick auf das Meer und ziemlich stylisch eingerichtet. Jordon ist auch ein super netter Typ und reagiert schnell auf Fragen.
