Access to the laundry behind the garage is available which includes a wash tub, washing machine and fridge. Guests may also use the outdoor bbq. All this is free of charge. In a central location within walking distance to the best pubs, restaurants and shopping that Palmerston North has to offer.

Stay in the front 2 bedroom guest suite. It’s warm & sunny with parking for 2-3 cars. It’s fully fenced so safe for kids & a dog. There’s a washer/dryer, dishwasher, bathroom with hand basin, toilet & shower and a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, airfryer, plates, cups, cutlery etc. It’s a 2 min walk to the estuary to enjoy the bird sanctuary & amazing sunsets & a short drive to the famous ocean beach. There’s a new cafe, Ginger Ninja a slow 5 mins walk away.

You are welcome to enjoy our spacious modern self contained studio attached to the rear of our family home. A modern, clean 1 bedroom studio with its own lounge, kitchen and bathroom / shower and toilet with a shared outdoor deck area adjacent to the rear garden. Unit is attached to owners home but is private and separate for you to have a quiet and enjoyable stay. Located 5 minutes from PN Airport, 5 minutes from PN Hospital (Midcentral DHB) and a ten minute drive to Feilding or to PN CBD.

Burnside Aokautere. A comfortable country escape.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Our Airbnb is a family home, close to the city center, about 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Plaza, Restaurants, Supermarkets, parks, and Centre Energy Trust Arena. our place is quiet and relaxing. It has a private bathroom,study room and a private parking space. The Bus stop is outside the property, convenient for those who want to visit around the town. It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

Self Contained in Feilding

My husband and I welcome you to friendly Feilding. Our sleep out has an ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet), TV, wardrobe and queen bed with linen and towels. There is a jug with mugs, tea/coffee/milk and a fridge. There are no cooking facilities. The sleep out is separate to the house so you can come and go as you please. Easy self check in/out. My mum is a co-host so it really is family run. NB; breakfast isn't included and due to working full time, check in is from 5pm. Thanks :)

Private entrance with lock box. Spacious bedroom with queen bed. Separate bathroom with full bath, however bath spa not operative. Warm sunny private courtyard with seating area and cottage garden. Continental breakfast provided for day 1 (cereal, yoghurt, croissants, spread plus tea, coffee and milk). All towels and bed linen provided. Smart television and unlimited wifi. Close to hospital and airport, 2.6km to city centre. Off street parking. Within walking distance of cafes.

Beach Dreams

This property is cosy, and tidy. Great amount of room outside for the kids to run around. Its only a 5 minute stroll, to beach, park and shop. We live in the front of the property, the bach is behind the garage so its private and you will not see much of us, but we are there if needed. You will need to drive past our home in order to get to the bach. The property is only suitable for 2 adults at the moment, until we replace the sofa bed. We do not accept same day check-ins.
