A unique private space, attached to the main house but with a completely separate entrance. A freshly decorated space with ensuite, kitchenette cabinet and an outdoor patio to relax in the sunshine. Access to the laundry behind the garage is available which includes a wash tub, washing machine and fridge. Guests may also use the outdoor bbq. All this is free of charge. In a central location within walking distance to the best pubs, restaurants and shopping that Palmerston North has to offer.

Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Unit is attached to owners home but is private and separate for you to have a quiet and enjoyable stay. Located 5 minutes from PN Airport, 5 minutes from PN Hospital (Midcentral DHB) and a ten minute drive to Feilding or to PN CBD.

We are only a 10 minute walk from the Palmerston North Hospital, a 5 minute drive from the airport, and a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. You will have your own entrance way into a snug space. The bedroom is elegant, with high ceilings and minimalist furnishings. The bathroom is private to you. Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
