Newly renovated unit with washer/dryer in unit. Open and spacious living area with TV, WIFI and dedicated workspace/desk. Well appointed kitchen (need anything? Just ask!!), dining area, local coffee and tea available. Games and books. Heated fan in bathroom. Comfy queen bed, black out curtains.

Beautiful Butte Retreat #2

Come visit this adorable apartment in Butte, Alaska! With an amazing view of the breathtaking Pioneer Peak mountain in the backyard and the Matanuska River nearby, you will not regret spending time here. The upstairs unit is rustic, with custom made trim and wainscoting panels, the space has a log cabin feel. With decor to inspire one’s desire to explore and get in-tune with nature. It sleeps four comfortably, with a queen size bed in the bedroom and queen size mattress for extra guest to use.

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Located in the Knik Glacier Valley, this getaway provides a spectacular retreat with many options for local activities. Enjoy the hot tub and take in breathtaking mountain views from the balcony for a peaceful and relaxing escape. We are far enough from town to be surrounded by nature with frequent moose visits & exceptional northern lights, while still fairly close to restaurants and shopping (30 min). Some great local activities are heli rides, snowmachine expeditions, hiking and much more!

Government Hill is a quiet neighborhood along side Knik Arm on a 115’ bluff. It's only 5 minutes away from downtown Anchorage allowing you to enjoy the city without having to hear the noise of it at night. We are also 2 blocks from the entrance to Elmendorf Air Force Base. Mountain views all around and if you're lucky you can see the northern lights. Short walk to Ship Creek for Salmon fishing. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Come and stay in our 3 bed/2ba/2 car garage place. Full-sized kitchen w/ quartz countertops, stainless appliances, island & lighted back porch w/ grill for all your cooking needs. Full size washer & dryer. Living room & master bedroom have smart TV's. We provide unlimited wifi! This duplex is minutes away from the gas station, coffee shop, our historic Palmer town & 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass, a great place for snowboard & skiing in the winter and hiking & berry picking in the summer.

We are centrally located in the Mat-Su Valley, a quick 10 minutes from the heart of Palmer, about 15 minutes from Wasilla, and 50 minutes from Anchorage. Our cozy loft style apartment, decorated with Alaskan flare, offers a large kitchen stocked with the cooking necessities, comfortable seating, queen bed, large bathroom with shower, gas grill, private access and drive. Stormy Hill Retreat

Bring your hiking boots, swim fins or computer! We are surrounded by the Talkeetna and Chugach mountains on Gooding Lake; this central location is north on the Trunk Rd between Palmer and Wasilla, and close to Hatcher Pass, and Matanuska Glacier This quiet retreat has 5G, a FULL kitchen, laundry and is perfect for refreshing yourself in Alaska. Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.

Bent Prop efficiency

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, coffee center, not a kitchen, small fridge and microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

Blue Ice Aviation Lounge

We call this the "Blue Ice Aviation Lounge". It is a private upstairs apartment in my hangar. The Lounge is modern, cozy, Alaskan, and very comfortable with a slight aviation theme. We have Skeetawk ski area, and the Government Peak Recreation Area within 15 min. GPRA has lighted ski trails and biking. We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.
