This is a well equipped one bedroom condo that sleeps 3. It is nestled at the base of Olympic Valley's world famous Ski Resort(Squaw Valley/Palisade Tahoe). Approximately 0.3 miles away from the Condo is The Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, live music, family-friendly activities and 3,600 acres of ski-able terrain in the winter and some of the best Spring, Summer and Fall hikes. Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic or finding parking.

The cottage is central to all West Shore amenities, including trails, markets, and dining. **Please note the majority of Tahoe homes, including this cottage, do not have AC.**

Our one-bedroom apartment is located in the peaceful area of Olympic Valley, in a dead-end street with limited traffic which add to your retreat. You'll have your own entrance which gives you your privacy. You can enjoy walking along the beautiful Olympic Valley meadow to the Village (0.8 miles) or walk through the quiet neighborhood...or be right there driving. Hiking Granite Peak or Shirley Canyon, biking along the meadow and the Truckee River to Tahoe City, Downhill skiing, snowshoeing.

Nestled at the base of the mountain, this ski-in/ski-out resort offers easy access to the village and the lifts. Guests also have access to the hot tubs, laundry facility, fitness center, and family friendly activities. We offer ski lockers, sleds and snowshoes during winter. Summer amenities include bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and outdoor games. A resort fee of $30.00/night is included in the total price shown on Airbnb. This fee covers parking, Wi-Fi, and access to on-site amenities.

Nestled among the trees, with the river rushing by, this chalet lends an atmosphere of a quiet remote getaway, while being close to it all. The space was beautifully FULLY REMODELED IN 2021 as a gorgeous mountain chalet with a cozy, modern feel.
