Sandstone views, outdoor area with private hot tub, can be kept cool in hot weather just message your preference. Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards,. Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Best for 4 guests comfortable roll away bed for 5.

The carport is available first come first serve for additional parking. Located close to the river and bike paths with easy access to main roads. Walk to downtown from this unique, newly remodeled 1930's home in a safe quiet neighborhood. You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. Redlands Tiny Home

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals.
