Recent review: The best place we've ever stayed at, hands down! The location felt like a dead end road, yet close to everything. The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. Owners Note: One (1) dog 45 lbs max allowed unless an additional dog is approved in advance, please include # of people and # of dogs when booking.

Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. While staying here you’ll have the opportunity to meet our Alpine goats Peter and Harry, enjoy fresh eggs and have easy access multiple winery’s that are in walking and biking distance. If you enjoy yoga, Peach Orchard Yoga is located on the property offering weekly group classes or private classes.
