Comfy, bright 3 bedroom condo in the Agios Loukas neighbourhood of Kavala. Right in front of a park, with great view, getting tons of light through the large windows. Very spacious with homely vibes, since this is our family home. 3 bedrooms on the top floor with spacious balconies, and two bathrooms, plus a washing machine. Huge living room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the lower floor, with spacious balcony and patio set. 1 private parking spot, bus stop across the street.

It is a two floor apartment (ground floor-first floor).The house consists of two bedrooms and in every bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. It also has a child's bed. In the living room there is an open single bed (if necessary), fully equipped kitchen,it has one bathroom and one WC, washing machine, iron, and also 3 A/C upstairs and in bedrooms,fast internet connection,satellite TV for each country,a garden,BBQ.

Grace House is a 60m2 self-contained maisonette spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious 25m2 bedroom and a kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a sofa bed, a living room and a bathroom. What makes Grace House unique in the city of Kavala is the private garden of 100 m2 with BBQ and a ping pong table. There is also a terrace of 40 m2. Nearby there is a Lidl and a large playground.

A very cosy house(40sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
